ingredients
Chia Jam
15 g chia seeds
60 g spring water
150 g raspberries
(fresh or frozen)
10 g coconut nectar

Nice Cream
5 ripe black-spotted bananas
(chopped and frozen)
6 soft pitted medjool dates
2 tsp (10 g) mesquite
powder
40 g tahini
15 g cacao nibs
15 g cacao powder
big pinch of Himalayan salt

method
The day before, freeze
chopped bananas and
prepare raspberry jam.

For chia jam, soak chia
seeds in water for 10
minutes and stir well.

When the seeds absorb
all water, add blended
raspberries and coconut
nectar, stir well and leave
overnight.

For the nice cream, process
all ingredients in a food
processor until creamy and
smooth (you can add cacao
nibs at the end for extra
crunchiness).

Serve nice cream with
chia jam, fresh fruits
and chocolate pieces.

Just a few flowers turn a
cup of water into deep
blue-colored beverage. I like
to amuse my friends by
serving them blue-green tea.
I use it also for my blue chia
pudding breakfast pots.
Something New
to try in tHe kitcHen
It’s not new, but still most people haven’t heard
about it—mesquite powder. It’s a superfood
powder made of dried ground pods of a Peruvian
tree. Not only is it high in amino acids and
minerals, but it also has a sweet, nutty, caramel
flavor that makes it a perfect ingredient
for smoothies, chocolates and raw
caramel desserts.
