ingRedients
1¼ cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
¾ cup + 1 tbsp plant-based milk
Vanilla extract

Optional: You can add sugar if you
want, but usually I use agave syrup
as my topping, so I don’t add sugar
in the recipe.

method
In a large bowl, pour all your dry
ingredients and stir. Then, add
your wet ingredients and mix until
well combined.

Heat a nonstick pan on medium
and pour 1 tbsp of batter.

Allow the pancake to cook until
bubbles appear around the edges,
then flip and cook until golden.

Ingredients for the Crust
1½ cups flour
1 tsp yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup lukewarm water
1 tsp oregano
Salt

Ingredients for the Vegan Mozza
½ cup cashews
1 cup hot water
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt

method
Pour all your dry ingredients into
a large bowl and stir. Then add
the wet ones and stir until well
combined.

Pour your vegan mozza ingredients
into your blender and let sit for
about 15 min just to soak the
cashews. Then, blend until smooth.

Pour into a small saucepan over
medium-high heat, and continually
stir as it cooks. As you stir, it will
start forming clumps, and then
it will become a cheesy, gooey
texture. This takes about 5 minutes.
Continue to cook and stir for an
additional minute to make sure
it has firmed up completely.
