2 medium-sized pears (pitted)
1 banana
½ cup coconut soya yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp ground golden flax seeds
method
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a bowl, topped with fresh fruits.
Make some yogurt swirls with a
toothpick.

Granola Parfait
ingRedients
Homemade nut granola
Coconut yogurt
Blood Orange Smoothie
2 blood oranges (the filets)
1 banana
¾ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup goji berries (soaked for at
least 1 hr, without soaking water)
¼ cup freshly squeezed blood
orange juice
method
Blend all ingredients for the smoothie
until smooth.
Layer granola, yogurt and smoothie.
Top with mint leaves, puffed amaranth,
fruits and yogurt swirls.
I’ve placed my jars obliquely in a muffin
plate to obtain diagonal layers.
