Lady of the manor

ENTRANCEIvy and climbing roses, underplanted with pansies, play up the old-world charm of this manor-style home. “We kept the leadlighting at the front,
but gave the back a Connecticut feel,” says owner Chyka Keebaugh, hinting at the number of cleverly melded decorating styles that lie within.
BACKYARDEven a simple outdoor lunch for Chyka, husband Bruce, daughter Chessie and son BJ is a gracious affair at a table dressed with tonal roses.
The tablecloth is a repurposed sheet from Turner and Lane. Cutting board, Country Road. Glasses, Ikea. Tolix chairs and stool. For Where to Buy, see page 188.
