STYLISTS’ NOTEWe cut a rectangular piece of ply in half and stained it asoftblue with

tinted Liming White, brushing on and wiping off with a soft cloth until we achieved the desired colour.

Then we applied the ply pieces offset for ageometricfeature. We echoed this shape on the magazine

holder by masking the outline and carefully painting inside the masked area.
