This is the life
“You can really switch off here, in a way you can’t
in Sydney,” says Lisa. That sense of peace and
quiet makes it a pleasure to get stuck into work on
the fruit trees and vegetable beds, which she and
Toby maintain with the help of a local gardener.
After harvesting a weekly supply of tomatoes,
asparagus, cauliflower or whatever is ready,
there’s usually time to relax – when Lisa’s not
turning all that fresh produce into a feast!
