fortune into his home town. Thomas and his brother Peter, 74,
grew Caerphilly-based Peter’s Savoury Products group, which
was sold in 1988 for £75m. The family also netted £106m from

Wolff, 45, runs and owns 30% of the £470m F1 team Mercedes-

born Wolff wed former Williams F1 test driver Susie Stoddart, 34,

Set in a 16,500-acre West Sussex estate, Cowdray House has
been transformed from a family home into an upmarket wedding,
conference and film location. Cowdray, 72, the 4th Viscount,
succeeded to the title in 1995. The Pearson family holds a £38m
stake in the eponymous media conglomerate, which used to own
the Financial Times newspaper. Other family assets include a
Scottish estate and Bepton Farms in the South Downs National
Park, which should add another £100m. 2016: £240m, 437=

High-stakes poker player Newey, 48, is ninth in England’s all-time
money-winners’ list for the game. Last year he won nearly $2m.
