GETTING STARTED
Note: This scarf is knitted sideways
using larger needles than usually
recommended for this yarn. Work in
rows not rounds.

WORKING PATTERN
SCARF
Using 4.50mm circular needle and C1,
cast on 300 sts.

Beg Stripe Patt
Row 1: WS – Knit.
Using C1, knit 5 rows garter st.
Using C2, knit 5 rows garter st.
Last 10 rows form garter st stripes for
rem.
Cont in garter st stripes until scarf
measures approx 17cm from beg,
ending with 5 rows of C1.
Cast off loosely in C1.

MAKING UP
Do not press. Sew in ends.
