Fragrance is important. Whether
you’re just going out for the day, or on
a date or on the red carpet, it’s the final

When I travel, I like to pack things
that make me feel at home and have
a little sense of luxury. I travel so much,I love to be comfortable, so I always

We FaceTime when I’m away and
she gives me great workouts. We
focus on my core and strength, so I
get really strong, fast. I’m better with
one-on-one because I work out much
harder. I’m the kind of person who’d
sit at the back in a class and twiddle
my thumbs, so I need to be pushed.
I exfoliate regularly to keep my
skin looking fresh and young. It
boosts collagen, too. Fish oils are
great for skin, hair and the brain.
Probiotics are also vital.
When I’m in the sun, the face and
décolletage are the most important
areas to protect. I always use SPF30
and SPF50. I’m pretty tanned
naturally, but St Tropez is great
