list of benefits, according to a
study by the Harvard medical
school, included: reduces
naturally occurring, age-related
decline of brain cells; shifts the
automatic response of the
practitioner from fight-or-flight
to rest-and-digest (activation promoting calm and relaxation);
changes the way our genes express themselves in order to
achieve optimal health; and strengthens your capacity for
interceptive attention, meaning that you live in a more deeply
