  1. Bhakti Vajrasana

Sitting on your heels, bring your hands to the tops of your
thighs and rise through the spine to arch your back; as if
supported on a cloud, the heart space expands. As you
exhale, bow the spine with reverence over the thighs and coil
through the belly to rise.

  1. Anahatasana

Rise to standing, bringing hands to the base of the spine or
together in front of your heart as you root your feet into the
earth and draw the energy up the legs and along the spine.
Open your heart to the sky.

  1. Tadasana with Anjali Mudra

Slowly bring your hands together to your heart and feel the
simple yet profound natural effect of the Prana Flow Pranams
— full-body meditation from the roots of prostrations.

  1. Uttanasana: Standing Forward
    Bend with prana flow massage

Massage your hands down the backs of the legs and inhale
and lift your spine, as your hands draw up the front of the
legs and begin to rise with a flat back to Tadasna.
