Roasted butternut pumpkin

Maggie’s tips
●Roasting nuts brings out the
flavour. There are two ways to do it.
Spread nuts onto an oven tray; roast
in a 180°C (160°C fan-forced) oven
for 5 minutes, stirring once, until
nuts are golden brown. Or place
nuts in a heavy-based frying pan;
stir constantly over medium-high
heat until they are evenly brown.
