in the groves. The farm
is home to an organic
garden packed with
herbs, vegetables
and citrus trees, as
well as more than
20,000 macadamia
trees. Sitting on one
long table, guests
will be treated to
a menu of local
produce created by
chef Matt Golinski,
who is an active
member of the
grassroots Slow
Food movement.
