Australian accent was pounced
upon much more! I was wary of
[doing the accent] – it was easy
for me to create a caricature
of the accent, but much harder

Perseverance, in conjunction
with the consistent development
of self and craft, is key here.
Unfortunately, progression
isn’t always built upon the
traditional ladder system, so
having faith in yourself and
the journey, whilst working
hard, is vital.Are you noticing the tide
turning for female roles?
I’ve been very fortunate and
empowered in my experiences,
but I still think society has a
responsibility to continue to
lift its game: audiences needto demand the involvement of
more females, authorities need
to invest in female employment
and female creatives need to
keep creating.When was the last time you

Meeting Bindi Irwin. I still
