WHAT’S ALL THIS ZEN?
The idea of finding spiritual salvation by
doing 30 push-ups may sound like some-
thing out of Zoolander 2, but it turns out
this is a legitimate thing. Mindful fitness
works by combining good old-fashioned
grunting exercise with mind-mellowing
meditation. Chi running (tai chi meets
jogging) is set to be the new trend – and
we’re on board. Good for mind, body and
looking hot in a pair of Lululemons. #
