A CRACKING TIP

Although now living in a WELL DONE, DELYSE!

like to add to Editor Amanda’s

tips on how to peel a boiled egg

(April issue). Here’s my tip: peel

the top of the boiled egg under

running water. If sticking, wet

a teaspoon and insert between

the membrane and white of the

egg. Turn the spoon around

the egg until the shell cracks

and peels off. It works for me!
