1: Starting with regular grips, controlling your opponent’s right sleeve
and left lapel.

2: Step to the left, as you start to circle to your opponent’s right.

3/4: Pull your opponent towards you with your grips as you plant your
foot on their hip.

4: From here, you can create a little space by pushing your opponent
away with your left arm.

7/8: Make sure to keep hold of your grips as your opponent hits the
mat so you can come on top quickly.

5/6: As your back hits the floor, start to extend your right leg as you
keep pulling on your grips.
