SWEEP TO TRIANGLE


1/2: Grip both your opponent’s lapels and open them from their belt.

5: Secure a cross-grip with your left hand.

3/4: Pull your opponent towards you and at the same time reach
underneath their left leg and switch your grip as pictured.

6: Open your guard and place your left foot on the floor.
