THE PERCENTAGE OF WOMEN
WHO ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR
SEX LIFE, WITH MEN ONLY AT
52 PERCENT.

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY
This is the No. 1 relationship stressor,
according to a survey of 5,000 people by
UK couples counselling centres Relate,
Relationships Scotland and Marriage
Care. Of the people surveyed,26 percent
reported money worries as their biggest
relationship woe,followedbynot
understanding each other, sex drive
differences and a lack of work-life balance.

BREASTS

IS LOVE

THE SLEEP
SPOON
Spooning actually helps
you to sleep better
with your lover in bed.
Body-touching, such as
spooning, generates
oxytocin (the “cuddle
hormone”), suggests
body language expert
Patti Wood. It shows
that you want to stay
sexually connected, and
ultimately makes you
feel more comfortable.
Scientists in France also
say this hormone makes
men perceive their
partner as more
attractive than other,
unfamiliar women,
possibly making the men
less prone to infidelity.
(Good for you both!)

Stare at boobs to live a longer
life – we kid you not. Citing a
2012 study published by
Columbia University, which was
titled Positive Attitude can
Benefit Patients with Chronic
Disease, The Sun points out
that there is real scientific
proof of the link between
emotional and physical health.
About 55 percent who
practised a positive attitude
and self-affirmations (such as
looking at those lovely melons)
increased their physical activity
compared with 37 percent who
had no time for positivity. So,
go ahead. Just don’t overdo it.
