HIP FLEXOR STRETCH


Start by kneeling on the loor. Place your
right foot in front of you, then slowly press
your hips forward until you feel a stretch in
front of your let thigh. Hold for 30 seconds.
Repeat with the other leg. Stretch each
leg twice.


QUAD STRETCH


Stand tall with one hand on the back of
a sturdy chair for support. Bend one knee
and grab the top of your foot with your
hand, pulling it toward your body and
pushing your hips forward until you feel
a stretch in the front of the thigh. Hold for
30 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
Stretch each leg twice.
