Using glue,
trace around
3cm of your first
letter and quickly
add the braided trim.
Repeat for the rest of the
letter. There are some
letters that you will need
to glue with just one
piece of trim so as not
to have too much trim
overlapping. Be sure
to glue the ends of each
strand before you cut
the rope so the rope
doesn’t fray.

Sketch
the phrase
onto your hat
with a pencil.
Go over the
letters so it is
dark enough
for you to see it.

glued the trim
