THE WINNER IS...
I wanted to tell you how much I have been
enjoying my subscription to delicious. I’m
loving having the magazine delivered every
month, rather than having to go to the
shops to buy it as ‘treat’ reading. I spent a
wet Saturday making the hot cross bun
spiced biscuits (April 17, Wicked, p 108) with
my three daughters, aged six and five and 18 months. They
loved getting in and helping, especially when it came to
licking the bowl. Thanks delicious. – I love reading, cooking

TAKE THE CAKE: It’s a tough call each year for me to
decide which of delicious.’s annual Easter, Christmas or Italian
issues are the best. The recipes from these are the ones I come
back to most often, but this could be your best Easter issue yet
(April 17). Can’t wait to test out the baklava chicken wings, the
skirt steak with green hummus and the baked goat’s curd

restaurant-quality meals from delicious. Ever since we started
subscribing two years ago, we have been eating much more
widely and in season, so thanks for all your effort. The honey
