narcissism and partly out of the

Not so much. They give you
the ability to whip up a cake
without having to stir or break
a sweat but, before their arrival,
great cakes and desserts were
achieved by using a wooden
spoon or whisk and good ol’
elbow grease. Today’s mixers
come in all shapes, materials,
colours and prices but essentially
they all do the same thing: whip,
cream and mix. Happy baking.
