Remember — perfect
practice makes perfect!
A smooth, controlled
path up to the bar and
down again is your aim.
Assume your grip on the
bar and hang under-
neath with your legs
straight or knees bent
and crossed behind
you. Draw your shoulder
blades together and
drive your elbows down
to pull your chin up over
the bar. Slowly lower
yourself back to the start
and repeat.
