home. Alexandre Vauthier’s
couture collection was a
celebration of the over-the-
top aesthetic that defined
’80s fashion. Case in point:
models zigzagging around
the audience on a hot
pink carpet with magenta
neon lights to match. The
clothes themselves were
unapologetically loud, from
metallic gold and lamé
boots straight out of an ’80s
music video to oversized
jackets with dramatic
shoulders, and slinky, one-
shouldered tops complete
