when Stan and his trophy wife,
Katelyn(RebeccaHall),invite

Claire (Laura Linney), to din-
neratarestaurantthat’samon-
umenttochicpomposity,it’s
hard not to share Paul’s disgust.

As the foursome sit down for a
long night’s journey of consum-
ing resentment, the stage is set
