like: the side of the sledgehammer has an area
designed for impacts.
We simply gave each of the three areas
designed for impact (round head , Cross Strike
face and Side Strike) many big hits against
the walls we had to bring down, and it quickly
became clear the Cross Strike face seemed
to create greater cracking, splitting and
explosive force than the standard round head,
even when making sure the same amount of
force was applied. This, to me, along with the
vibration reduction, was the true standout
feature of the hammer.

RESULTS...
Hart’s main focus with the 8lb anti-vibration
sledgehammer was to create a sledgie that
would be considerably more comfortable for the user by reducing the vibration of each blow,
and at the same time create more destructive
power. I must admit I think they’ve achieved
that with this great product and done a really
good job. The doubled strike force due to the
Cross Strike face means not having to swing
it as hard to get awesome demolition results,
and when you do decide to really give it a crack
there’s considerably less vibration compared
to a standard timber-handled hammer.

  • Perfect for landscapers, carpenters,
labourers and any trade involved in
    demolition

  • Well-weighted and feels great in the
hand. We had a good few hours of
bashing and our hands didn’t have any
of the usual pains and tingles a regular
    sledgehammer would have caused

The anti-vibration system is working a treat.
