Make no mistake. This is an amazingly well-

designed, stylish and robust work beast with

more internal storage than I’ve seen in a while.

Yep, I did just say ‘stylish’ when reviewing a

tipper. That might just be a world first.

THREE-WAY TIPPING

The real hero of the Iveco Daily Three-Way is in

the name. It’s a factory-fitted three-way tipping

body specifically designed for Iveco. It’s built

extremely well, with robust and innovative

design features that make this Daily the most

productive tipper around.

By quickly changing the pins on the

rotating hinges you can tip your load with the

standard rear-tipping method or pull up on

the side of a curb and tip to either side. The

tray provides a huge 4092mm x 2072mm

space to fill. Several workers on site stopped

and watched in awe as the Iveco pulled up

on the footpath, raised its tray to the left (in

around 25 seconds), emptied its load and

drove off in less than 90 seconds, thanks

to its electro-hydraulic power pack. There

were a fair few comments being thrown

around, all of them extremely positive. The

main consensus was, “I wish we’d had one

of those last week.”

he Iveco Daily Three-Way Tipper is
one of the most versatile performers
on the road when it comes to the
delivery and unloading/tipping of materials.
It’s amazingly successful three-way tipping
system only really poses one problem: you
have to be in a decisive mood to make a
decision, and, well, if you’re making a trip
to the tip at 6:30am and your head’s a little
hazy, who knows how long that could take?
In all seriousness, once you’ve made up your
mind which side to tip on it takes no more than
