EXPEDITION
Looking out over Molly as the sun tried its best to
peak through the clouds, watching the last few
athletes battling the cold for just one more ride,
surfing for the pure pleasure of the moment, a
glorious and calming feeling fell. Incredible athletes
and awesome people, stoked on doing whatever
it takes to compete and paddle formidable water
in inspiring places. From the old walls at Ruins, to
the forests of the Rouge and the Basse-Cachee, all
the way north to the bridge at Molly, the genesis
continues, UNLEASHED.
“PEERING OFF THE
BRIDGE THAT MARKS
MOLLY’S LOCATION, THE
WORLD MOMENTARILY
STOPPED. DOWNSTREAM
WAS AN ABSOLUTELY
PERFECT MOLLY.
UPSTREAM WAS A NEVER-
ENDING TRAIN OF ICE.”
