Judgement

The card for us all this month is Judgement.
This card shows several (naked) men, women
and children rising up from their graves. Their
arms are outstretched, supplicating the Archangel
Gabriel who’s above them.
The card suggests that the outcome to
whatever question you asked is going to
be fair. If there has been a dispute or upset between you
and someone else, the outcome may even absolve you.
The right thing will happen. There’s also a sense of ‘rebirth’
with this card. In other words, even a situation that
has been very difficult can be rebooted.

I

ran a hotel and one
day while walking in
town, a phone box
started to ring. I picked
it up, and was surprised
when a familiar voice
said, ‘Hi Rob, I just
called to see what day
you want me to come
in and do the wages’.
It was my accountant!
I said where I was and she
only believed me when
I read out the number – she’d mistyped
two digits of the hotel number and rung the phone
box by mistake! It was sheer fate I was walking by.

Oh Pooh!

W

hen I was 9, I had a
Winnie the Pooh toy
that said phrases when
you pressed his nose.
Great fun until one
morning, I was woken
up by the sound of a
whirring noise. Pooh was
saying his phrases over
and over... it took all my
courage to see what was
going on. But as soon as
I got to Pooh, he stopped... I soon got rid of him!

T

his lovely, bright orb was taken in one
of the bedrooms at Plas Mawr, North
Wales. It’s an Elizabethan townhouse
built in the 16th Century, and owned by
English Heritage. It’s one of my favourite
haunts for capturing orbs.
