Testing Lecture Comprehension Through Listening-to-summarize Cloze Tasks

(National Geographic (Little) Kids) #1

  1. Learner variability. In order to enhance the strength of conclusions with
resources available, we need to minimize the learner variability with a rather
limited number of participants. If the participants were drawn from miscella-
neous backgrounds, it would be hard to control variables in the main study and
draw a convincing conclusion that the randomly chosen participants can rep-
    resent their corresponding groups.
