Combine 2 Tbsp.
curry powder
with 1 tsp. garlic
powder in a
small bowl.

RUB 1
Coarsely grind
1 Tbsp. fennel seeds
with 1 tsp. black
peppercorns in a spice
mill or with a mortar
and pestle.
RUB 3
Coarsely grind
1 Tbsp. coriander seeds
with ½ tsp. crushed red
pepper flakes in a spice
mill or with a mortar and
pestle. Transfer to a small
bowl and mix in 1 tsp.
mustard powder.
