ENERGY SMOOTHIE, WITH NATURES
AID® ULTIMATE SUPERFOODS
POWDER

Serves: 1

•   3 tsp of Natures Aid® Ultimate
Superfoods powder
• 1 tbsp of Natures Aid® Liquid
Coconut Oil
• 60g (¼ cup) fresh spinach
• 450ml (2 cups) unsweetened almond
milk
• 1 large apple, chopped
• 1 banana, chopped
• 40g (½ cup) rolled oats
• ½ tsp cinnamon

1 Blend the spinach and almond milk until
smooth.

2 Add the Ultimate Superfoods powder
and other remaining ingredients, and blend
until smooth.
