Smoothiebowls

CACAO SMOOTHIE BOWL


Serves: 1


For the smoothie base:
• 2 frozen bananas
• 235ml (1 cup) almond milk,
unsweetened
• 2 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp pure maple syrup


For the topping:
• 30g (¼cup) The Chia Co Breakfast
Booster
• 50g (¼ cup) blueberries
• 50g (¼ cup) strawberries

1 Remove the frozen bananas from the
freezer and chop them up into pieces and
put in blender.

2 Add almond milk, cacao powder, vanilla
extract and syrup of choice.

3 Blend for a few minutes, or until well
combined.

4 Take a bowl and scoop/pour the
smoothie out, then top with The Chia
Co Breakfast Booster, blueberries and
strawberries.
