he was desperate to give her
two children another sibling
naturally, but after doctors
warned her that doing so
could put her life at risk,
Kim Kardashian gave up
hope of carrying another baby to term.
Now, with a surrogate waiting in the
wings to deliver the third Kardashian-
West tot, the reality queen has turned
her focus to achieving her ‘ultimate’
body. But her quest for perfection is
becoming an obsession – and could
prove just as detrimental to her health.
‘[Kim’s] been on this insane starvation
diet for months now,’ shares an insider
close to the star. ‘She’s lost a lot of
weight in recent months.’ Although the
insider insists Kim’s ‘got a huge thigh
gap now and her stomach is so flat,
you can hardly pinch an inch of flesh’,
the mum-of-two isn’t satisfied.
‘She wants to be model skinny. Her
goal is to lose another few pounds and
get down to [45kg],’ reveals the insider.
‘She wants to totally transform her body
into something that no-one is expecting
to see and she’s convinced that getting
super-slim is the only way.’
Despite calling pregnancy ‘the worst
experience of my life’, Kim is said to be
incredibly jealous of her younger sisters Khloé
Kardashian and Kylie Jenner both conceiving
naturally. ‘She didn’t respond well at first...
She teared up,’ shares a source. ‘It definitely
took a lot of time for her to process it.’
So in a bid to distract herself from missing
out on the experience the third time around,
the reality star is hell-bent on pushing her
body to its limits, hoping to steal back some
of the spotlight from her sisters.
‘She’s cranky as hell, her stomach is

revealed of her pregnant
body. ‘I just feel
gross.’
