was spotted at the Studio City farmers’
market in August giving Lara a hand with
Rocket and Racer. A girl squad that doubles
as a babysitter’s club? Genius!
Now back in New York, the model-turned-
beauty entrepreneur
recently opened up
about life with ‘two
under two’, explaining
that her mum Sharon
and Sam’s mother
Jeanne have been a huge
support – as has her
best friend, artist Vicki
Lee, who also has two
little ones herself.
And of course, her
movie star husband plays the role of doting
father to perfection, which will make having
three under three all the more manageable!
‘You know, my husband is amazing,’ gushes
Lara, who travels the world with her ‘wolf
pack’ while running her successful beauty
company The Base.‘He is a fantastic father,
fantastic husband and we’re
just a really good team,’
she reveals. ‘We’ve grown
together and grown as
a family, and I think that’s
the most important thing.
We travel everywhere
together and we never have
more than two weeks apart
from each other – and that really works for
us,’ she admits, adding that the Avatar star
is ‘just so good with the kids’.
Late last month Sam treated his wife to
a ‘date morning’ at the super-private Chateau
Marmont hotel in LA,
complete with tea,
deckchairs and a view
of the pool. And Lara,
who married the actor
in 2014, says she’s
so grateful for his
unwavering support.
‘He does the night feeds
and everything – he is
seriously superhuman!
And Sam will work
a 17-hour day... my days seriously do not
compare to his at all.’
The Worthington family – wherever in
the world they may be – is clearly a well-
oiled machine! ‘If you’re happy with your
surroundings – you can do it all,’ Lara
