The 27-year-old Oscar-winning
actress is in the best shape
of her life as she shoots her
latest action flick X-Men: Dark
Phoenix, but she firmly believes that looking
good doesn’t have to be about deprivation.
‘I could never live on a diet,’ admits JLaw.
‘Eating is one of my favourite parts of the day.’
So what’s a self-confessed junk food addict
to do? It’s all about balance, according to Jen’s
London-based personal trainer Dalton Wong,
co-creator of the Feelgood Plan.
‘Dalton taught me how to eat, move and
live a delicious but healthy life,’ reveals the
star, who trains at Dalton’s gym whenever
she’s in London. ‘Then afterwards we go out
for burgers and fries with his family,’ she adds.
If that sounds too good to be true, Dalton
says the key is portion control. So if you have
a sweet tooth and can’t resist a yummy dessert,
he recommends ordering something that you
can share the next time you eat out.
