Refer to the Fabric Key for
the Lecien ‘L’s Modern’ and
‘Minny Muu’ fabrics used
in this project. The quilt is
made using a quilt-as-you-go
construction. The appliqué
method used is raw-edge,
fusible-web with machined
blanket stitch, but you can
adapt the instructions to
your preferred method.
Seam allowances of^1 ⁄ 4 in
are used throughout for
the piecing. Two strands
of embroidery thread are
used throughout, unless
otherwise stated. Instructions
are given for working from
the printed Pattern Sheet in
the magazines, but you can
download the digital patterns
from http://www.homespun.net.au
and print them out instead.
