Justin Stoddard purchased a ’34 Ford coupe body and chassis package
from Rod Bods and brought it to the shop to have Craig transform it
into one seriously wild street rod.
The chassis uses a lot of hand-made parts and runs a Rod-Tech
independent front end and a fabricated nine inch full-fl oater diff
located by stainless four bars. That monster motor is a 392 Hemi
with aluminium Hot Heads, Missile roller rockers, an 8-71 BDS
blower and twin 750 Demon blower carbs. To suit this application,
Craig recessed the coupes fi rewall and then fi tted the body with a
sheet metal interior.
Other features include a PWR radiator
with custom-made fan shroud, House of Kolor
Galaxy Grey paint and 15x6 inch ET 10 spoke
front wheels and 16x10 inch ET rear wheels
wrapped in 15.5 inch Hoosier rubber.
The car is nearing completion so keep an
