water, make sure you
do a cool rinse after.
Otherwise your pores
stay open, allowing tan
to seep in, creating spots

before your spray, just
use a loofah – save the
shower gel, as residue
can mess with the tan

‘If you already have
some tan on that you

bath to help it break
down. If it still won’t
come off, apply a little
bit of lotion to wherever

feet, hands, elbows and
knees. Always apply

Go right below, slicing

ribcage, the way the
ribs go. Achieve this at
