Goat’s cheese puffs


aMAKES 16 • PREP 15 MINS



  • COOK 10 MINS

  • 1 sheet puff pastry,thawed

  • 150g goat’s cheese,sliced into
    16 rounds

  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves

  • honey , to drizzle

Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line
an oven tray with baking paper.

Using a 6cm round cutter, cut
16 rounds from pastry. Arrange
on tray and prick with a fork. Top
each with a slice of goat’s cheese.
Sprinkle with pistachio and thyme.
Season with pepper.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until
pastry is puffed and crisp.
Drizzle with honey and cool.
