Raw Chocolate Brownie

INGREDIENTS




150gms Walnuts
50gms Almonds
150gms Dates (soft)
25gms Cocoa powder
65gms Coconut grated
50gms Jaggery
50gms Dark chocolate (grated)
Pinch Salt



METHOD





  • Grind together walnuts and almond in mixer till coarse
    and crumbly.

  • Add the dates and process until the mixture sticks
    together.

  • Add remaining ingredients and process till mixture is
    crumbly and not too buttery.

  • Flatten the mixture in a pan with minimum 1 inch and
    refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.

  • Then remove from pan and cut into desired sizes.


A rich and raw nutty brownie that can be enjoyed with vegan icecream or by itself with a cup of hot beverage.


It was devised due to the need of gluten-free brownie which would be easy to make by just combining all the
ingredients and no cooking involved.
