This sweet, tart, and easy-to-make fruit punch will be a hit this holiday season. You can mix and match fruits
according to season or taste.


FIZZY FRUIT PUNCH

INGREDIENTS




2 cups frozen Roselle juice concentrate
(or cranberry juice)
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
1 litre chilled soda
Cold water as required
Assorted fruits
(oranges, lemons, apples, strawberries,
blueberries, pineapple)
Garnishing such as fruits or fl ower petals
in ice cubes or any other garnishing such
as fresh mint



METHOD





  • Pour thawed Roselle concentrate and limeade into
    a large jug.

  • Add cold water and club soda and stir to combine.

  • Place fl ower and fruit ice cubes and assorted fruits
    in serving glasses. Pour the punch into the glasses
    on top of the fruits.

  • Garnish as desired.

  • Top off glasses with extra club soda for extra fi zz.
