planned to visit Jaisalmer last as it was geographically the furthest
city on my list. Little did I know that I was leaving the best for last.
Of the seven cities I visited in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer left the deepest
imprint on my heart, and I still remember the dreamy sights and
sounds—and of course the food—even months after returning.
