In 2014 Hazel held two successful
solo exhibitions, ‘On the Wild Side’
and ‘Born to be Wild’. Ten per cent of
all sales was donated to Sea Shepherd
Australia and Bonorong Wildlife
Sanctuary, respectively.
In December 2016, Hazel will be
holding another exhibition,’ Still Wild,
Still Threatened’, which will be a
fundraiser for the International Anti-
Poaching Foundation (IAPF).
One of Hazel’s favourite animal
rescue organisations, IAPF was
founded by fellow Australian, Damien
Mander, a former Australian Royal
Navy Clearance Diver and Special
Operations military sniper. In 2009,
after 12 tours of duty in Iraq, Mander
liquidated all his assets, moved
to Africa and set up IAPF. The
organisation employs and supplies
military-style training to locals in a bid
to protect Africa’s wildlife from illegal
poaching.
‘Still Wild, Still Threatened’ will
