en years after making
his pro debut at the
facility, Trey Canard,
citing numerous injuries
sustained over his career, an-
nounced his retirement from
professional racing at this
year’s Spring Creek National
in Millville, Minnesota.
Canard’s legacy will start
like this: he was really, really
fast. Injuries held him back
and ultimately
led to his retire-
ment, but at his
peak, he could
beat anyone.
