We can safely say that the X-802RR is not only one of the
best racing helmets on the market, but it is also one of the
most comfortable and functional. The X-802RR is made in
two versions: X-802RR, which is one of the lightest helmets
on the market, and X-802RR ULTRA CARBON, which is
about 50–70g lighter. The premium hand-laid carbon-fibre-
composite shell comes in three shell sizes to provide the
lowest weight, highest safety and a snug helmet size. The
comfort liner is made from hi-tech micro-fibre materials
with active carbon filaments that are anti-bacterial and have
outstanding thermal qualities. The helmets are supplied with
a Pin-lock anti-fog insert for ultimate vision in all conditions,
an ultra-wide eye port for increased vertical and lateral
vision, a quick-release visor mechanism with multi-point
opening and dual-action locking system, and an advanced
air-booster vent system with
aggressive intake vents and

The FDP 80/EMS radio has one of the most sensitive receivers (the ability to
pick up weak signals) available in a handheld. While other handhelds have
a rating of .25uV for 12dB SINAD or greater, FDP has a rating of .16uV at
squelch level 4 (0-9) and a threshold even lower, making it twice as sensitive
as most other major brands. These radios also have incredibly clean audio on
transmit and receive.

Designed in collaboration with and made famous by
race car drivers and motorcycle riders, they are also
proud sponsors of LukeyLuke, Australia’s number
one stunt rider. Worn by V8 supercar pit crews and
drivers alike, the NoiseGuard Moto is an individually
moulded earpiece (left and right) with a slim fit
to ensure optimal comfort and background noise
reduction. The thick, coiled wiring and pro-audio
drivers provide ultimate sound production for the
most secure, reliable and crystal-clear motorcycle
or racing pit communications on the market.
Embedding the pro drivers into the highest-quality,
medical-grade, soft, hypo-allergenic silicone enables
these earpieces to provide excellent background
noise reduction while still allowing those important
sounds such as sirens or engine revs to be heard.

Size: Custom made to suit each rider
