AESTHETIC TRAINING

INCLINE
BENCH PRESS S
Lie back on a bench set at a 30- to
45-degree angle. Grasp the bar just
outside shoulder width and pull it out of
the rack. Lower the bar to the upper
part of your chest, then press back up.

INCLINE DUMBBELL
FLYE T
On an incline bench, hold a dumbbell in
each hand over your chest. Spread your
arms apart and lower the dumbbells
out to your sides. Squeeze your pecs
as you bring the weights together again.

ABEL SAYS: “I am all about doing incline work
on chest. I’ve always had a well-developed
chest and I think that’s why. While my friends
were going to the gym and seeing how much
they could bench on a flat bench, I was doing
incline. It engages your chest more than the
flat bench – especially the upper chest,
which is where most guys are lacking.”
