ABOUT ABEL
ABEL ALBONETTI GREW
up in Mississippi, US, and
began lifting weights at 14.
He was home-schooled, so
he never got to play sports
in school. Instead, he lifted.
Around 17, he began training
in a YMCA. By chance, a
modelling agent discovered
him in the gym one day,
which led to modelling work.
As he continued to hit
the gym, he transitioned to
fitness modelling and started
a Facebook page. Today,
that page (@abelalbonetti)
has nearly two million likes.
