Oktoberfest Brats with Mustard Sauce

I come from a town with a big German heritage, where wehave a huge celebration each year for Oktoberfest.
This recipe packs in all the traditional German flavors my whole family loves.

Test Kitchen TipsStone-ground mustard
has more heat and a deeper flavor than
yellow mustard. Other mustards can be
substituted.Starting this recipe with
cooked brats makes it speedy and
convenient. If you decide to start with
uncooked brats, grill them until fully

cooked first, then cut into thirds and
proceed with the recipe.
